Designed by Studio M2P Associati and LEED Gold certified, Le Ville di Porta Nuova are inspired by the city’s historic buildings. The stone of the facades, which are materials-oriented and opaque, accentuates its structure and highlights its windows that open out like giant eyes, lending glimpses of the double height interiors and reflecting the surrounding skyline. The exterior spaces are arranged on several levels to offer each floor of the building a dedicated garden, looking onto the interior, ensuring the utmost privacy and tranquility. Usable open spaces, such as terraces and gardens, become a natural extension of the living areas.
