Solea

Solea

The uniqueness of contemporary style

Solea is a 69-meter high tower featuring forms displaying an unprecedented geometric dynamism. The white color of the building, designed by the architectural firm Caputo Partnership International and LEED Gold certified, stands out in the urban landscape, with its corners opening up to reveal its contrasting black loggias. Double and triple height bow-windows look out onto the most intriguing Milanese panoramas, designed to lend exclusive glimpses of parks or the city center, without being visible from the apartments of the other towers. In a playful design featuring an interplay between the transparency of floor-to-ceiling glass and the absolute black of natural stone, in a sequence of dynamic forms that lend movement to the spaces, Solea is a unique residence, thanks to its personality and location.
