Solaria & Aria
Living high above the city
The Solaria & Aria complex, designed by Arquitectonica of Miami, hosts the highest residential building in Italy, standing 143 meters tall. It is here that verticality stretching toward the sky is combined with a dimension of absolute privacy. Its glass walls, suspended between the sky and land, lend to each apartment an incomparable exposure to daylight, while also bestowing a spectacular view, spanning from the Alps to the spires of the Duomo. The broad terraces, distributed over several floors, lend to the buildings an unmistakable profile, exalted by the nighttime lighting of the transparent parapets. The entire residential complex meets the highest standards in the construction sector as regards sustainability and the reduction of pollution, qualities which have guaranteed its attainment of LEED Gold certification. The two towers were awarded in 2015 by the Society of American Registered Architects (SARA), furthermore they received the Merit Award of Excellence at the AIA Awards in 2019.
